Program Description
If you are in grade 11 or 12 or and earlier EE graduate, this program, in collaboration with Harvard Business School (HBS), Club of the GCC, is for you. We will build on concepts learned in EE-1 to achieve successful solutions to real-life challenges. An intensive advanced program in entrepreneurial essences namely: “so you want to be an entrepreneur” (HBS), Finance, and Managing Life’s Projects (PMI). Lastly SHiNE module focuses on career exploration rotation program that offers intern opportunities in 5 different specialization fields in education & universities management. (offered sectors are: Academia, Finance, HR, Marketing, IT, Executive, Research, Facilities Management, Advancement Operations, Alumni Management, Quality Assurance & Accreditation, Library, Government Relations)

In this advanced level, you will practically develop the ability to complete your own business model canvas. A business model that is adaptable to an ever-changing market. We teach you how to build and grow your start-up through the practices and exercises in the three segments of the program. You will explore the nature of business models, learn how to position your model in a competitive landscape, and understand how to design a business model to create value. More talk on how to turn a project into reality and see it complete to success. Monetary value of your startup, its financial statements, and its position in the financial markets is explained in practical simulations.

SHiNE-friendly departments and entities at Alfaisal university provide real-life experience of careers at their respective environments. They show knowledge, tasks, requirements, daily and routine work, conflict resolution, challenges, repetitive work, and many other simulations of your future career.
