Program Description If you are an earlier EE graduate (Level-1 “ Unleash the hidden entrepreneur in you!” ), this program is for you. We will build on what you learned in EE-1 to achieve successful solutions to real-life challenges. An intensive advanced program in entrepreneurial essences namely: Business Entrepreneurship, Finance and Managing Life’s Projects.
In this advanced level, you will practically develop the ability to complete your own business model canvas. A business model that is adaptable to an ever-changing market. We teach you how to build and grow your start-up through the practices and exercises in the three segments of the program. You will explore the nature of business models, learn how to position your model in a competitive landscape, and understand how to design a business model to create value. More talk on how to turn a project into reality and see it complete to success. Monetary value of your startup, its financial statements, and its position in the financial markets is explained in practical simulations.
