تم إعداد هذا البرنامج خصّيصًا للطلاب المهتمين بالبحث واستكشاف خفايا وأسرار الدماغ البشري، وعلاقته بسلوكيات الإنسان. يتم خلاله تناول كل ما تم طرحه في هذا المجال من أبحاث تخص علم الأعصاب، والوعي العام بالصحة العقلية. كما سيتم خلال البرنامج تعريف الطلاب على مقررات كلية الطب، والتجول في معاملها.

Program Description
An exhilarating three-week journey that will transport you from the wonders of human minds to the heights of emerging technology!
The program will expose participants to concepts such as scientific inquiry, health promotion, disease prevention, and emerging technologies within the context of mental health. It will also shed the light on the impact of mental health on daily life and the available mental health services in Saudi Arabia. By the end of the program, learners will develop a knowledge foundation to further explore mental health as future advocates, researchers, specialists, and policymakers.
The program will tackle learners' interpersonal skills through presentations, problem-based learning activities, and team-based learning discussions. This journey of discovery will end with a final real-world mental health challenge project.
Program Plan
Week 1
Unveiling Wonders: A Journey to the Human Body
Exploration of the structure and function of the human body, the fundamental concept of health, and the impact of mental health on daily life.
Week 2
The Science of Investigation: Unleashing the Power of Research
Exploration of mental health research-based investigation tools. This exploration will include epidemiological and clinical research concepts, laboratory visits, and inspection of cutting-edge technology.
Week 3
Making a Difference: Applying Knowledge to Real-World Challenges
Exploration of concepts essential for personal, professional, and cultural development. This exploration will include discussing career paths and possible training opportunities. The week will end with a real-world mental health challenge presentation.
