In addition to the course, participants can receive tutoring from the instructor upon request and depending on their needs, as well as the opportunity to strengthen their communication skills through the weekly communication course "German Talks" - a successful format of the Alfaisal German Club.

Course Content

Aligned with the CEFR, the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, the course aims to raise the language skills from an A1.1 to an A2 level in a short yet intensive period. Students will acquire typical communicative skills of the A2 level within an activity-oriented setting. After successfully completing the course, students can

  • Can communicate in simple, routine situations involving a simple and direct exchange of information about familiar and routine matters.
  • Can use simple means to describe his/her own background and education, immediate environment and things related to immediate needs.

The course materials are the textbooks and workbooks Menschen A1 and A2 starting at A1.1, Lektion 7. The books are not included in the course fees.
